HOW LONG BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Many of our products are being manufactured to order. We plan to ship you items within 7 business days following date of purchase.

Ireland: Delivery withing 2/3 working days after dispatch. Please allow extra time on bespoke items. Bespoke items vary in lead time, anywhere from 15/20 days on smaller orders to 5 weeks on bulk orders.

All orders are dispatched by DPD or AN POST. Delivery costs vary depending on weight and dimensions of the package.

DELIVERY/SHIPPING COSTS

You will be notified of any shipping costs to be incurred with your order on final quote or prior to confirmation of an on-line sale.

WHERE IS MY ORDER? (Delayed or missing orders)

Please note that we will need to wait 21 days before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items. Should your order not reach you within the times quoted above, please accept our apologies and contact our Customer Service Department who will be happy to assist. DELIVERY/SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS
  • If your item is in stock it will be dispatched to you within 5/7 working days.
  • You will receive an email from us within 24 hours of your order to confirm your order details. You will then receive a follow up email confirming your order has been dispatched. You will also receive email from our courier DPD confirming delivery date and time.
  • Normally we keep all the items featured on our site in stock. If however the garment has to be specifically made or custom made in any way we would ask that you please allow up to an extra 3 weeks for your order to be dispatched. We will notify you as your order progresses with any update on delivery time.
  • This will apply to garments that are customised in our embroidery and print departments to satisfy the demand for club crests, player initials, custom printed details, player numbers and any other specific details.
  • Please note that we cannot exchange or refund any of the following personalised items: club items, jerseys with names; and jerseys that are player fit, long sleeved and numbered.
PERSONALISED /MADE TO ORDER GOODS

If a garment has to be specifically made, customised or personalised in any way, please allow up extra time for your order to be dispatched. Lead time will be clearly indicated in product listing. Some personalised products may take up to 5 weeks to be dispatched. By purchasing product, you automatically declare that you have understood the conditions of purchasing personalised products. Lead time may vary durinng busy stange of priduction. We will notify you as your order progresses with any update on delivery time.

Once an order has been placed for personalised garments or products, the order cannot be cancelled or amended.

Please note, we are unable to offer a refund or exhange on: all jerseys personalised with a name, number, long sleeves, player fit, and any personalised or made to order goods. NB: This included all club shop items.

Personalised garments include:

  • All leisurewear/club gear with a club crest and or initials
  • Garment or product with initials, names etc. printed or embroidered onto the product.
ORDER TRACKING

We use a courier service provided by DPD or AN POST.

Orders in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland are delivered by DPD who will send a tracking link to you via text on the day of delivery.

The link will take you to their website where you can monitor the progress of your order delivery. Full tracking details will be sent by email after the order is dispatched and your order can be tracked via https://dpd.ie.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once you have placed your order you will be presented with an order confirmation screen detailing your purchases, the cost and delivery options. At this time, you will also be sent a confirmation by email restating the details for your records. This email does not however indicate that your order has been processed. Once we have processed your order you will receive a second email from us detailing your purchase/s and confirming that your order has been processed.

RETURNS POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@tees.ie. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at info@tees.ie.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Unless the product you received is faulty, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on:

  • Jerseys personalised with a name and/or number.
  • Half/Half personalised jerseys.
  • Any customised made-to-order products this includes all club shop items with an embroidered crest.
  • Any products that are personalised with initials.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUND/EXCHANGES

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We recommend you wait for at least 21 days to allow refunds to be processed.

Sale Items (If applicable) – Unfortunately sales items cannot be returned.
