- WAIST - Measure around your waist level with your navel.
- HIPS - Measure around the widest part of your hips.
- HEIGHT - Measure your height from te top of your head to the floor while standing straight.
The measurements in the size guide refer to the measurements of the person and not to those of the garment.

Galwegians Panel 1/4 Zip Training Top JNR
This training top is made from Polydry fabric and designed for optimal performance. It features a collar with a 1/4 nylon zip and an auto-locking slider, along with a protective neckband. For enhanced breathability, it includes micromesh inserts on the shoulders and sides. A drawstring at the bottom allows you to adjust the fit for a snug feel and full range of motion. It is available in Neon Sky/Anthracite and Black/White.
